This company is new. The review page starts empty because nobody here writes their own praise, and bought stars are against the law, not just against taste.
How this page fills in
After each clean, clients get one text with one link to the Google review page. No discount for five stars, no gift for kind words. The ask is for honesty, because a page of real mixed reviews beats a page of fake perfect ones every time.
What happens is this: the first ten reviews set the tone for the next hundred. I would rather earn them slowly than buy them once.
